Refund and Returns Policy

At Isla Beauty Supply & Hair, we take pride in providing quality products that help you feel beautiful and confident. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help—but we do have a few boundaries to keep things fair and hygienic for all.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products—especially hair, beauty, and personal care items—we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This policy ensures the health and safety of all our customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Email us at hello@islabeautysupply.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review the case and, if eligible, issue a replacement or store credit. Claims made after 3 days from delivery may not be honored.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, they begin processing and cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping Issues

Isla Beauty Supply & Hair is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once shipped. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
